奖学金是学校激励体制的重要组成部分，它通过调动学生的积极性和主动性，在人才培养的过程中发挥了重要的引导和促进作用。它促进学生的成才成长，激励学生全面发展。

为了让每一位努力奋进的学子能圆梦知名学府，为了让更多有梦想的优秀学子就读我校，经学校董事会研究同意，制定2022年全面的奖学金制度。

通过申请和评估，学校会给优秀学生发放不同等级、不同金额的奖学金，激发美高学子拼搏奋进、争先创优的学习热情和斗志。

美高教育提倡全人发展，希望通过奖学金机制鼓励杰出的学生可以在学术一个，或者其他多个范畴，包括课外活动、领导素质、语言能力、社交能力等综合素质能力中有更出色表现。它不仅是物质上的奖励，更体现着学生的智慧与努力，是一份令人引以为傲的荣誉。

美高新生奖学金

发放奖学金标准Evaluation Standard：

1、学生中考分数达到上海市重点分数线，入学材料招生办审核后无误，并通过入学测试，予以发放The scores of students in the middle school entrance examination reach the key score line of Shanhai city. The admission materials are correct after being reviewed by the Enrollment Office, and pass the entrance test, which will be issued

2、申请高中预备年级入学托福95分以上，入学材料招生办审核后无误，并通过入学测试Applications for high school preparatory grade admission TOEFL score of 95 or more, the admissions office reviewed the admissions materials and passed the admissions test

3、申请10年级入学托福100分以上，入学材料招生办审核后无误，并通过入学测试

Applications for 10th grade admission TOEFL score of 100 or higher, admission documents are reviewed by the Admissions Office and passed the admissions test

设置金额Awards：

10000元人民币/生

新生入学奖学金发放无数额限制，只要满足以上条件之一即可发放（仅限入学学期发放）

There is no limit to the amount of scholarships that can be awarded to new students who meet one of the above conditions (only for the first semester of enrollment)

表彰与奖励Rewards：

新生入学奖学金的颁奖时间为新生入学学期的开学典礼上，发放方式以银行汇款的方式，与家长确认后从学校账户转账至家长账户。

The New Student Entrance Scholarship will be awarded at the opening ceremony of the first semester of the new student's enrollment. The award will be made by bank transfer from the school account to the parents' account after confirmation with the parents.

奖学金评选标准

参与年级Grade：

预备年级、10、11年级

奖学金设置Scholarship Awards：

一等奖学金：每个年级各1名10000元/RMB

二等奖学金：每个年级各2名5000元/RMB

三等奖学金：每个年级各3名3000元/RMB

一学期总奖学金额87000元人民币

President Merit Scholarship:One student from each grade 10000 元/RMB

President Educational Excellent Scholarship: Two students from each grade 5000元/RMB

President Special Recognition Scholarship: Three students from each grade3000元/RMB

The total scholarship for a semester is 87000 RMB.

评选标准 EvaluationStandard：高中预备年级为期末 GPA+托福分数除以20+AP成绩

十年级为期末 GPA+托福分数除以20+AP成绩

十一年级为期末 GPA+托福分数除以 20+ACT 分数除以5+AP成绩

注：

1）托福成绩不得低于 80分，若为雅思或者多邻国成绩需要提供官方标准，转化为对等托福分数。

2）SAT或其他同类型考试按照官方指南转化为对等 ACT 成绩

3）AP 成绩不得低于3分，不同科目AP分数可叠加

4）ACT 成绩不得低于 24 分

High School Prep Year is the final GPA + TOEFL/ 20 + AP Scores

Grade 10 is the final GPA+ TOEFL/ 20 +AP Scores

Grade 11 is the final GPA + TOEFL/20+ ACT /5 +AP Scores

纪律表现Discipline Performance：无任何违反校纪校规的行动和记录

There are no actions and records in violation of school discipline and rules

评选过程Application Processes：1、个人可以通过自荐、推荐两种形式, 填写申请表，准备各项资料复印件原件，向校务办提交申报材料。

2、校务办负责对申报材料进行审核、推荐。

3、对即将表彰的先进个人和集体、校级特优生将通过校园网向校内外公示，征询各方面意见。

4、经公示后，由校务会议确认批准。

5、对于获得奖学金同学，学校将在 2022年 10 月末学生集会，进行颁奖。奖金发放形式以银行汇款的方式，与家长确认后从学校账户转账至家长账户。

1、An individual may recommend themselves for an award. After filling out the appropriate paperwork and preparing the copies of original document, and then submitted it to the Principal’s office, they may be considered for selection.

2、The school will evaluate applications, and in consultation with subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and principals, decide upon winners.

3、Individuals or groups receiving an award will have their names publicized throughout the school. Selections may be debated and discussed.

4、After the publication of names, and if there are no issues present, the school administration will render the results official.

5、Recipients will receive a reward along with the recognition and praise of their peers, teachers, and other staff，on the Students Assembly in the end of Oct.The scholarship will be issued by bank, which will be transferred from the school account to the parent account after confirmation with the parents.
